nJob Purpose

nTo deliver high-quality inquiry-based education aligned with the IB PYP framework, fostering academic excellence, global citizenship, and holistic development in young learners.

nKey Responsibilities

- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons aligned with the IB PYP curriculum and inquiry cycles
n
- Design and implement Units of Inquiry (UOI) integrating transdisciplinary themes
n
- Use diverse teaching strategies to support differentiated learning
n
- Foster a protected, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
n
- Assess student progress using formative and summative assessment strategies
n
- Maintain accurate student records, portfolios, and reports
n
- Collaborate with PYP coordinators and teaching teams for curriculum planning
n
- Integrate ATL skills, learner profile attributes, and international mindedness
n
- Communicate effectively with parents through meetings, reports, and conferences
n




- Participate in school events, career development, and IB training
n
- Uphold IB standards, school policies, and safeguarding guidelines
n

nRequired Qualifications & Skills

n

n
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education or relevant subject
n
- IB PYP training or experience preferred
n
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience (PYP experience an advantage)
n
- Strong understanding of inquiry-based learning
n
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
n
- Passion for early childhood/primary education
n
- Proficient in using educational technology and digital tools
n
