Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Purchasing Assistant role based in Gujarat, India.

The Purchasing

Assistant will support daily procurement activities, including preparing and processing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining accurate purchasing records. The role involves tracking order status, following up on deliveries,



and assisting in vendor evaluation to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services.

The Purchasing

Assistant will collaborate closely with the internal teams, such as stores, production, and finance, to align purchasing decisions with project and operational requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Purchasing Processes and general Purchasing practices.
- Candidates should possess skills in managing and drafting Purchase Orders.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for working with suppliers and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Procurement principles and basic supply chain concepts.
- Relevant experience in an industrial or electrical manufacturing environment is beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP or inventory management systems is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in commerce, business administration, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
