1. Source industrial products, components, and materials across the Indian market.

2. Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and manufacturers.

3. Request, obtain, and analyze competitive quotes to prepare comparison statements.

4. Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules to optimize costs.

5. Generate, issue, and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs) through fulfillment.

6. Coordinate closely with vendors to ensure timely order processing and delivery schedules.

7. Maintain an up-to-date vendor database and detailed procurement logs.

8. Support cross-border India–GCC sourcing and supply chain coordination.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Purchase, Procurement, or Sourcing.

2. Industry Focus: Prior background in industrial,



engineering, automation, electrical, mechanical, or B2B trading sectors is highly preferred.

3. Vendor Network: Strong familiarity with Indian manufacturers, suppliers, and B2B sourcing platforms (e.g., IndiaMART, TradeIndia).

4. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking, quotation comparisons, and reporting.

5. Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication, strong negotiation capabilities, and proactive follow-up skills.

6. Attributes: High energy, responsible ownership, and a solid eagerness to learn.
