Position: Purchase Executive / Purchase Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Handle the complete purchase process from enquiry to material receipt.
- Raise purchase enquiries and obtain quotations from suppliers.
- Compare quotations based on price, quality, delivery and payment terms.
- Negotiate with suppliers for competitive prices and better commercial terms.
- Prepare and release Purchase Orders after approval.
- Follow up regularly with suppliers for timely material delivery.
- Maintain and update the Purchase Order tracking sheet.
- Develop recent vendors and maintain the approved vendor database.
- Evaluate vendors based on Price, Quality, Delivery and Service.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, Projects, Stores, Quality and Accounts.
- Procure raw materials such as SS sheets, coils, wires, mesh, expanded metal,



perforated sheets, consumables and engineering items.
- Ensure required MTC, test certificates and other quality documents are received.
- Coordinate with Quality/Stores for material inspection and rejection issues.
- Resolve supplier-related issues regarding quality, quantity, delivery and invoices.
- Monitor raw material prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain purchase records, quotations, POs and supplier documents.
- Monitor stock requirements and avoid material shortages and unnecessary urgent purchases.
- Coordinate with Accounts for PO, GRN, invoice and payment-related discrepancies.
- Prepare weekly and monthly purchase MIS for management.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
