Purchase Manager

- Manage end-to-end purchasing activities for construction materials, equipment, and services.

- Identify and negotiate with vendors to ensure quality, competitive pricing, and timely delivery.

- Prepare and generate Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain proper purchase documentation.

- Handle purchase entries, invoices, and basic accounting activities using Tally or other accounting packages.

- Coordinate with project, stores, accounts, and management teams for material requirements.

- Maintain vendor records, quotations, purchase reports, and inventory-related documentation.

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in Purchase/Procurement in the Construction Industry.

- Strong knowledge of Tally and accounting software/packages.

- Must have hands-on experience in generating POs and handling purchase documentation.

- Good negotiation, communication, and vendor-management skills.

- Strong knowledge of construction materials and suppliers is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
