We run a vertically integrated plant in Noida - fiberglass pultrusion, plastic injection moulding, die casting, CNC/VMC machining, press and welding, powder coating and assembly - supplying OEM and ODM programmes for global tool brands. Role & responsibilities:

- Release purchase orders from MRP and planned orders in the ERP
- Run RFQs, build comparative statements, negotiate and award
- Follow up with vendors on delivery schedule adherence
- Settle GRN and QC rejections and raise debit notes
- Keep the price master and item master clean and current
- Publish the monthly purchase MIS - spend, savings and pending inbound supply




- Work with Stores, PPC and Quality on material availability against the production plan

Preferred candidate profile
- 6-10 years in a purchase seat in a manufacturing company
- Full ownership of the PO-to-GRN cycle
- Hands-on with an ERP purchase module (Infor LN, SAP or equivalent)
- Robust on comparative statements and negotiation
- A working vendor base in Noida / NCR
- Good to have: BOP, fasteners and packaging categories, and import follow-up
- BE Mechanical, or B.Com with a purchase background
