An HVAC Purchase Manager leads the sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, equipment and materials to ensure projects finish on time and within

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Sourcing: Procure specialized HVAC systems like chillers, VRF/VRV units, air handling units (AHUs), ducting, compressors, and copper coils

- Vendor Management: Build and manage relationships with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), local distributors, and international suppliers

- Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize project budgets

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work alongside design, estimation, engineering, and site execution teams to map out material requirements using bills of quantities (BOQs)

- Inventory & Logistics: Track dispatches, oversee site inventory levels, and resolve supply chain bottlenecks to prevent project delays

- Compliance & Reporting:



Ensure materials match strict technical specifications and local regulatory standards

- Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field.

- Experience: 3 to 10 years of procurement or supply chain experience within the HVAC, MEP, or construction contracting sector.

- Technical Knowledge: Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, and BOQs.

- Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP/SAP) software and advanced MS Excel.

- Core Competencies: Solid analytical mindset, sharp negotiation tactics, and effective risk management
