About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to manage procurement and purchasing activities for IT infrastructure and technology solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing IT products, managing vendor relationships, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring timely procurement

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities.

- Source IT products, hardware, software, and technology solutions from OEMs, distributors, and vendors.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and suppliers.

- Obtain and evaluate quotations, negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery timelines.

- Compare vendor quotations and prepare commercial comparisons.

- Coordinate with the Sales, Pre-Sales, Technical, Finance, and Delivery teams for procurement requirements.

- Ensure timely availability and delivery of materials as per project and customer requirements.

- Issue and manage Purchase Orders and maintain complete procurement documentation.

- Monitor order status, deliveries, pending orders, and vendor commitments.

- Resolve issues related to pricing, product availability, delivery delays, and vendor coordination.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate the best possible commercial terms. Maintain vendor databases, purchase records, and procurement reports.

- Ensure compliance with internal procurement processes and approval procedures.



Build and manage a reliable vendor and supplier network.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Purchase/Procurement, preferably in the IT Infrastructure or System Integration industry.

- Strong experience working with OEMs, distributors, and IT product vendors.

- Knowledge of IT products such as Servers, Storage, Networking, Security, Data Center, Cloud, and related solutions.

- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

- Experience in quotation comparison, commercial negotiation, Purchase Orders, and order management.

- Valuable understanding of procurement processes and supply chain coordination.

- Strong communication and coordination skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
