PURCHASE EXECUTIVE

Industry: Interior Fit-Out Company

Accommodation: Provided by the Company

:

- Manage the procurement of materials, tools, equipment, and supplies required for interior fit-out projects.
- Source and evaluate suppliers to obtain competitive prices and quality materials.
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.
- Coordinate with project, stores, and accounts teams regarding material requirements.
- Maintain proper records of purchases, quotations, orders, and supplier details.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure materials are available as per project requirements.




- Verify materials received against purchase orders and specifications.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Ensure all purchases are made within the approved budget and company procedures.

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in interior fit-out, construction, or related industries is preferred.
- Good knowledge of construction and interior finishing materials.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office and purchasing documentation.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
