echshield Integrated Solutions Private Limited is looking for a Purchase Executive / Senior Executive IT Procurement with experience in IT purchasing/procurement, preferably from a System Integrator, IT reseller, distributor or technology company.

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing IT products, managing vendor relationships, negotiating commercial terms and ensuring timely procurement to support business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle procurement of IT hardware, software, networking, cybersecurity and infrastructure products.
- Source products from OEMs, authorized distributors, channel partners and vendors.
- Identify suitable vendors based on product availability, pricing, warranty and delivery requirements.
- Obtain and compare vendor quotations.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, credit terms and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Track purchase orders, deliveries and pending requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding order status and delivery timelines.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and develop new vendor relationships.
- Coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Accounts, Operations and Warehouse teams.
- Maintain purchase records, quotations, price lists and vendor databases.




- Support sales teams with product availability and purchase pricing.
- Handle warranty, replacement and RMA-related issues with vendors/OEMs.
- Monitor market pricing and availability of IT products.
- Ensure procurement is completed within required timelines and commercial parameters.

Candidate Profile

- 2-7 years of experience in IT Purchase/Procurement.
- Experience with an IT System Integrator, reseller, distributor or technology company preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of IT products, vendors and distributors.
- Understanding of IT product pricing and market availability.
- Strong negotiation and vendor-management skills.
- Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
- Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements simultaneously.
