- Source, evaluate, and empanel vendors; negotiate rate contracts and credit terms.
- Manage procurement of drugs, surgicals, and consumables as per hospital formulary and Non-Medical (General, IT, Projects etc) and Biomedical, instrument purchase.
- Ensure compliance with Drugs & Cosmetics Act, Pharmacy Act, NABH/JCI standards, and hospital SOPs.
- Process requisitions, POs, and GRNs via ERP in coordination with Accounts & Pharmacy Stores.
- Monitor vendor performance, delivery adherence, and resolve supply chain disruptions.
- Support audit, accreditation, and pharmacoeconomic cost-containment initiatives.
