About the Role : We are looking for a Procurement Executive / Purchase Executive to support procurement operations across our kitchens. The role involves coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders, managing purchase transactions, ensuring timely material availability, and supporting cost-effective procurement of food and other required materials.The candidate should be comfortable with travelling to different kitchen locations as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain PCM sheets and procurement-related records.
- Support kitchen teams in managing purchase transactions and material requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors for material requirements, order confirmation, and timely delivery.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate with vendors for order fulfilment.




- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Stores In-charge, Quality Team, and kitchen teams.
- Source and identify recent suppliers for food items and other procurement requirements.
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and support demand planning to avoid stock-outs.
- Track material deliveries and follow up with vendors for any delays or discrepancies.
- Prepare procurement reports and transaction-related MIS as required.
- Maintain proper procurement documentation and records in line with audit requirements and organizational processes.
- Support the procurement team in ensuring timely availability of materials across kitchens.

What We Are Looking For

- Graduate / Postgraduate in Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Commerce, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in Procurement / Purchase / Supply Chain, preferably in the food, FMCG, hospitality, manufacturing, or similar sectors.
- Good understanding of vendor coordination, purchase orders, inventory management, and procurement processes.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and ensure timely procurement and delivery.
- Willingness to travel to different kitchen locations as required.
