Salary Range : Up to 30,000

Key Responsibility:

- Handle daily purchase requirements received from café outlets, kitchen, barista, bakery, and other departments.
- Prepare purchase orders based on approved requirements and stock levels.
- Source products and materials from approved and reliable vendors.
- Collect and compare quotations to obtain competitive pricing.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial terms with suppliers.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
- Ensure purchased items meet the required quality and specifications.
- Verify quantity, quality, expiry dates, packaging, and condition of incoming materials in coordination with the concerned department/store team.
- Maintain proper purchase records, quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor documents.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department for invoice verification and payment processing.




- Monitor pending orders and follow up with vendors regularly.
- Maintain updated vendor information and develop alternative suppliers when required.
- Monitor market prices of regularly purchased food and non-food items.
- Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Coordinate with stores for stock requirements, minimum stock levels, and replenishment.
- Ensure timely procurement of perishable and non-perishable items as per operational requirements.
- Handle urgent purchase requirements and ensure minimum disruption to café operations.
- Resolve issues related to shortages, wrong items, damaged goods, delayed deliveries, or quality discrepancies.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow company purchase policies and approval procedures.
- Support periodic vendor evaluation based on price, quality, delivery, and service.
- Perform any other purchase-related duties assigned by management from time to time.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
