- Manage the complete purchase and procurement process for biotech equipment manufacturing.
- Source and develop reliable vendors and suppliers for required materials.
- Obtain quotations, compare offers, and negotiate price, quality, and payment terms.
- Procure SS plates, pipes, fittings, T, elbows, reducers, and engineering materials.
- Handle procurement of electrical instruments and components as required.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) through SAP B1.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials as per production/project requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Accounts, QC, and Project teams.
- Monitor pending orders and follow up with vendors for delivery.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor data, quotations, POs, and invoices.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and maintain effective vendor relationships.
- Handle import material procurement and related documentation, where required.
