Job Title: Purchase & Data Entry Executive

Job Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day purchasing of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation items.
- Send enquiries to vendors and collect quotations.
- Compare vendor prices, delivery times, and payment terms.
- Follow up with suppliers for timely material delivery.
- Visit local vendors/markets for purchasing and material collection when required.
- Maintain Purchase Orders, quotations, invoices, challans, and other purchase records.
- Enter purchase and material data accurately into Excel.
- Maintain updated vendor and supplier database.
- Maintain item-wise purchase price history for future price comparison.
- Coordinate with Design, Assembly, Electrical, Stores, and Accounts teams regarding material requirements.
- Track pending purchase items and regularly follow up with vendors.
- Verify received material against PO/challan and coordinate discrepancies with vendors.
- Assist in identifying and developing new vendors.
- Maintain proper digital filing of purchase documents.




- Prepare daily/weekly reports for pending orders, material status, and vendor follow-ups.
- Handle urgent local material purchases for machine assembly and projects.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Accurate and disciplined in data entry and record keeping.
- Basic understanding of purchase and vendor management.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand basic industrial/mechanical/electrical items.
- Experience in an SPM, automation, machine-building, or manufacturing company will be preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP/accounting software is an advantage.
- Must know car driving and have a valid driving licence.
- Should be comfortable visiting vendors and collecting materials when required.

Preferred Candidate A responsible and organized person who can independently manage routine purchasing, vendor follow-ups, purchase records, data entry, and local material procurement for an SPM manufacturing company. Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
