Position: Public Relations Officer (PRO) – Liaison & Corporate Relations

Location: Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh

Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, well-connected, and professional Public Relations Officer (PRO) who can manage external relationships, liaison activities, corporate communication, and coordination with various stakeholders. The person should be capable of representing the company professionally and resolving matters through effective communication and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with government departments, local authorities, vendors, consultants, corporate contacts, and other external stakeholders.

Build and maintain strong skilled relationships with key contacts.

Represent the company in meetings and external discussions when required.

Coordinate documentation, approvals, permissions, registrations, and other official processes.

Follow up with concerned departments/agencies to ensure timely completion of work.

Support management in handling external escalations and sensitive business matters professionally.

Coordinate with legal, administrative, HR,



and business teams when necessary.

Develop relationships with local businesses, associations, institutions, and relevant industry contacts.

Assist with corporate PR, networking, events, and company branding activities.

Maintain proper records and provide regular updates to management on ongoing liaison matters.

Travel locally as required for meetings and official work.

Candidate Profile

Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of Varanasi and local administrative/business ecosystem preferred.

Presentable, confident, diplomatic, and solution-oriented personality.

Ability to communicate effectively with senior officials, business owners, professionals, and other stakeholders.

Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.

High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Hindi and English communication skills preferred.

Preferred Background: Candidates with experience in Public Relations, Liaison, Corporate Affairs, Administration, Government Relations, Legal Coordination, Hospitality, Real Estate, Infrastructure, or similar roles.
