Who Can Apply?

Academic Background: Currently enrolled in Bachelors (3rd or 4th year) or Masters programs in Psychology or allied behavioral sciences.

Location: Varanasi





Core Competencies:A solid foundational understanding of psychological principles, excellent observation and communication skills, and empathy.

Commitment: Passionate about fieldwork and student mental health/growth frameworks.

Program Structure & Expectations Duration: 2 Months of intensive training.

Mode: Hybrid format, which requires physical on-field visits to schools for data collection, interaction, and execution.

Certification: All successful candidates will receive a formal Trainee Certificate upon completion.
