Role Description The PTA (Production/Technical Assistant) role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area. The PTA will support day-to-day production and technical activities, including monitoring machinery operations, assisting with setup and basic maintenance, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality procedures.

Responsibilities include coordinating with supervisors and technicians, maintaining production records, reporting equipment issues, and helping optimize workflow on the shop floor. The role may also involve assisting with inspections, documenting process improvements,



and supporting training for new team members. The PTA is expected to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of mechanical or industrial operations and familiarity with manufacturing or machinery environments.
- Ability to follow technical instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines accurately.
- Strong observational skills with attention to detail for monitoring equipment performance and product quality.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities for coordinating with supervisors, technicians, and production staff.
- Valuable record-keeping and organizational skills for maintaining logs, reports, and production documentation.
- Willingness to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area and adapt to a structured industrial work schedule.
- Diploma or certificate in mechanical, production, or industrial engineering (or equivalent practical experience) preferred.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or machinery setting is an advantage but not mandatory.
