Designation: Resident Psychiatrist

Minimum Degree: MD//DNB/DPM - Fresher can also apply

Criteria: Fluent in English and Good communication skills.

Salary: As per industry standards

Job Location: Jambughoda, Gujarat (70km’s from Vadodara)

Timing- 9 am to 6 pm

Weekly off- Week days except Sat/Sun

Accommodation- Single occupancy with Ac, Fridge, Tv with meals & laundry will be provided

The psychiatrist at Alpha Healing Center is responsible for conducting psychiatric evaluations, diagnosing mental health conditions, and determining appropriate treatment plans. They oversee medication management and supervise detox to ensure patient safety during withdrawal. In crises, they handle psychiatric emergencies and support distressed patients.

Treatment planning involves collaboration with the Clinical Psychologist, Counseling Psychologist,



and other team members to create and adjust plans. Clinical documentation is maintained for assessments, prescriptions, and progress notes. They consult senior doctors for treatment guidance and participate in team meetings to review patient progress.

Compliance is ensured by signing admission forms per MHCA guidelines and adhering to psychiatric regulations. Managing aggressive & non cooperative clients through counseling as needed. Answering all clients doubts, making them understand why specific medicine is Rxed & inspiring them for extension as needed.

Assessing & proposing rTMS to clients needing sessions. In case of admissions after 6pm in rare case, you have to be available for assessment & admission. Attending clinical meet in morning at 9 am on time with counselors & therapist.
