Zorba Estates is a Bengaluru-based real estate company working with property owners and customers for residential and commercial property requirements.

About the Role

We are looking for a Property Listing Executive to manage property listing and information-related activities.

The main responsibility is to collect property details, create listings, upload information, and keep property listings updated across relevant platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect property details from property owners and the internal team.
- Create property listings with accurate information.
- Upload property photos, videos, location, price, area, and other relevant details.
- Update listings when property information changes.
- Check listings regularly for missing or incorrect information.
- Coordinate with property owners to collect pending details.
- Follow up for updated prices, availability, photos, and property information.
- Maintain records of properties added to the system.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding available properties.
- Remove or update listings when a property is no longer available.
- Ensure property information is presented clearly and correctly.




- Handle day-to-day property listing and coordination activities.

Requirements
- Any Degree.
- 0–3 years of experience in property listing, data entry, coordination, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable using online platforms.
- Good communication skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to enter and update information accurately.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.

Preferred Skills
- Positive typing and data-entry skills.
- Ability to organize property information.
- Good follow-up skills.
- Willingness to learn real estate processes.
- Ability to work with multiple listings.

Salary ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Salary will depend on relevant experience, skills, and interview performance.
