- Business Development:
- Identify and acquire suitable properties across various states and markets in India.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and other stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations and finalize commercial terms, agreements, and property deals.




- Manage property onboarding, documentation, contracts, and registration processes.
- Conduct property audits and site visits as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handover of properties.
- Identify recent markets and opportunities for business expansion.
- Sourcing & Procurement:
- Manage sourcing and procurement of household products, furniture, and materials through online and offline channels.
- Place and track orders through Amazon, Flipkart, IKEA, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local vendors and suppliers.
- Identify new vendors, portals, and sourcing channels.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure cost-effective procurement.
