About the Property

Located in Village Mircholi, Karjat, our property is a premium agro-tourism retreat featuring 12 fully equipped bungalows (24 rooms), landscaped gardens, recreational amenities, a swimming pool, and dining facilities. We offer city guests an authentic farm stay combined with high-standard hospitality services.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and hands-on Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, guest satisfaction, staff management, and financial performance of our Karjat retreat. This is an on-site leadership position ideal for someone with strong resort/hospitality operations experience who excels at ground-level management.

Key Responsibilities

- Operational Management: Oversee end-to-end operations across all 12 bungalows (24 rooms), housekeeping, front office, and dining areas to ensure consistent service standards.
- Team Leadership: Direct, train, and schedule an on-site team of 15–20 staff members (housekeeping, service, maintenance, and security), driving accountability and motivation.
- Guest Relations: Ensure seamless check-ins, resolve guest requests and complaints swiftly, coordinate curated on-site farm activities, and maintain a guest review rating of 4.5 out of 5.
- Facility & Preventive Maintenance:



Conduct daily property walk-throughs; manage regular upkeep of bungalows, pool, landscaping, power backups, and water infrastructure; coordinate with local repair vendors.
- Inventory & Vendor Handling: Manage procurement of supplies, groceries, linens, and maintenance parts while keeping shrinkage and costs under control.
- Revenue & Cost Control: Monitor occupancy levels, optimize departmental expenses within approved budgets, and report operational metrics to the management.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce local health, safety, fire, and sanitation regulations across the entire property.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration preferred.
- Experience: 5–7 years of proven operational experience in resorts, boutique hotels, or farm stays.
- Scale Capability: Hands-on experience managing a minimum of 15–30 rooms.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Property Management Software (PMS) such as Hotelogix, eZee, or similar platforms, along with MS Excel and Word.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, practical problem-solving, and qualified communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of Marathi is a strong plus).
- Flexibility: Willingness to live on-site and manage peak weekend/holiday hospitality rushes.
