We are looking for an experienced, result-oriented and responsible Site Head to take complete ownership of the day-to-day functioning and performance of the project site.
The Site Head will be responsible for sales performance, team management, site operations, customer experience, channel partner coordination, reporting and achieving project sales targets.
The person will act as the key point of contact between the Director/Management, sales team, presales team, sourcing team, CRM team, channel partners and project site.
Key Responsibilities1. Overall Site Management
- Take complete ownership of the day-to-day operations of the project sales site.
- Ensure the site is always ready for customer visits.
- Maintain a professional and positive environment for customers and the sales team.
- Ensure that all project information, brochures, price sheets, sample flats and marketing material are updated.
- Coordinate with the developer/project team for any site-related requirements.
- Ensure that site-related issues are identified and resolved quickly.
1. Sales Target & Performance
- Take responsibility for achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement site-level sales strategies in coordination with management.
- Monitor daily bookings, site visits, enquiries, conversions and sales pipeline.
- Track individual salesperson performance against targets.
- Identify gaps in performance and take corrective action.
- Ensure systematic follow-up of all leads and site visitors.
- Review lost bookings and identify reasons for non-conversion.
- Drive the team towards improving site-visit-to-booking conversion.
1. Team Management
- Manage and motivate the complete site sales team.
- Allocate leads and enquiries appropriately among team members.
- Conduct daily briefings and regular performance reviews.
- Set individual targets and monitor performance.
- Ensure proper attendance, punctuality, discipline and professional conduct.
- Identify training requirements and conduct regular product and sales training.
- Resolve internal team issues and escalate major matters to management.
- Build a competitive but collaborative sales environment.
1. Presales & Lead Management
- Coordinate closely with the presales team to ensure maximum site visits.
- Monitor lead allocation and follow-up.
- Ensure no genuine lead is left unattended.
- Review lead ageing and pending follow-ups.
- Track the complete customer journey from enquiry → site visit → follow-up → negotiation → booking.
- Work with CRM to ensure accurate and timely data entry.

Channel Partner Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
- Coordinate with channel partners for site visits and bookings.
- Drive regular channel partner activation.
- Organize CP meetings, presentations and project updates.
- Monitor CP-wise site visits, bookings and conversions.
- Ensure channel partners receive updated project information, pricing and inventory.
- Identify productive channel partners and develop long-term relationships with them.
1. Customer Experience
- Ensure every customer receives a qualified and consistent experience at the site.
- Personally handle customers .
- Assist the sales team during negotiations and closing.
- Handle escalated customer concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with the management and internal teams for customer requirements.
- Ensure customers receive accurate information regarding pricing, inventory, payment plans, amenities, possession and project specifications.
1. Inventory & Pricing Coordination
- Maintain awareness of current inventory, availability and booking status.
- Ensure the sales team has the latest price list and inventory information.
- Coordinate with management regarding inventory releases and pricing changes.
- Monitor unit-wise sales and identify slow-moving inventory.
- Ensure no incorrect pricing or inventory information is communicated to customers.
1. Reporting & MIS
Prepare and submit regular reports to management covering:
- Daily site visits
- Daily bookings
- Sales achieved
- Lead generation
- Lead conversion
- Salesperson performance
- Presales performance
- Channel partner performance
- Pending follow-ups
- Cancellation status
- Inventory sold and available
- Lost customers and reasons
- Monthly target vs. achievement
Maintain accurate and updated CRM/MIS records.
1. Coordination With Management
- Act as the primary communication point between management and the site team.
- Implement management decisions and ensure proper execution.
- Provide management with accurate ground-level feedback.
- Report market feedback, customer objections, competitor activity and pricing trends.
- Highlight operational or sales issues before they become major problems.
- Provide recommendations to improve sales performance and customer experience.
Daily Responsibilities The Site Head is expected to:
- Conduct a morning team briefing.
- Review previous day's performance.
- Check today's site visits and lead pipeline.
- Review pending follow-ups.
- Monitor salesperson activity throughout the day.
- Coordinate with presales and sourcing teams.
- Track channel partner activity.
- Attending customers.
- Personally intervene in negotiations.
- Review bookings and collections-related coordination.
- Send a daily performance report to management.
Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have:
- 5–10 years of experience in real-estate sales, preferably with experience handling a project/site.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the real-estate sales cycle.
- Experience managing sales teams and channel partners.
- Ability to work under sales pressure and achieve targets.
- Strong follow-up and reporting skills.
- Positive knowledge of CRM and Excel/MIS.
- Ability to handle customers, channel partners and senior management professionally.
- High ownership and accountability.

Role Expectation The Site Head is not merely responsible for supervising the sales team. The person is expected to own the entire performance of the site.
“If the site achieves its target, the Site Head should be able to explain why. If the site misses its target, the Site Head should be able to identify where the gap occurred and what action will be taken to correct it.”
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
