We are hiring Planning & Project Engineers

Department: Electrical / Mechanical

1. ELIGIBILITY

- Qualification: B.E / Diploma in Electrical / EEE / Mechanical
- Experience: Freshers and Experienced (0-2 Years) both can apply
- Two-Wheeler with License Preferred
- Willing to travel to Project Sites across Tamil Nadu

2. JOB ROLE: PROJECT ENGINEER

- Execution and supervision of Solar Power & Other Projects
- Site survey, material verification, and coordination with the purchase team.
- Installation, testing, and commissioning of Electrical & Solar systems.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and labour team for timely completion.
- Prepare daily work progress report and submit to Project Manager.
- Ensure safety compliance and quality standards at the site.
- Attending service complaints and maintenance work if required.

3. JOB ROLE: PLANNING ENGINEER

- Preparation of project planning, BOQ, and material estimation.
- Preparation of Quotations, Tender Documents and Technical Submittals.




- Making AutoCAD drawings / Layouts and Project Schedules.
- Follow-up with suppliers for material delivery and pricing.
- Coordination between Head Office and Site Engineers.
- Documentation, Project Reports, Invoicing support and Handing over documents.

4. SKILLS REQUIRED

- Basic knowledge of Electrical Systems / Solar Systems (for Electrical)
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project is an added advantage
- Positive Communication in Tamil & English
- Hardworking, sincere and ready to learn

Salary: As per Industry Standards + Site Allowance + TA Benefits: For Freshers, complete training will be provided.
