Role & responsibilities -

- Supervise and manage daily on-site execution activities.
- Ensure project work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with the Head Office (HQ), vendors, contractors, and project teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor site progress and submit daily/weekly progress reports to management.
- Ensure timely material planning, receipt, and GRN (Goods Receipt Note) generation.
- Verify material quantity and quality received at the site.
- Coordinate for timely material delivery as per project schedule.
- Supervise installation activities and ensure proper implementation methodology is followed.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality workmanship.
- Maintain proper documentation related to site activities, work progress, material consumption, and site records.
- Ensure client bills and vendor bills are processed and raised in a timely manner.
- Resolve site-related technical issues and coordinate with concerned departments for quick solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines and company procedures at the site.




- Manage manpower deployment and monitor productivity at the site.
- Attend client meetings, site review meetings, and internal coordination meetings whenever required.
- Support project completion activities and handover documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
- Prior experience in site execution, project coordination, or industrial project handling preferred.
- Experience in construction/project installation activities will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to relocate and work at the Dholera project site.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple site activities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and project documentation preferred.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements and site conditions.
