Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Projects Procurement professional to manage end-to-end procurement for current cinema projects, renovations, and expansion projects. The role will be responsible for sourcing, vendor development, negotiations, commercial evaluation, and timely procurement of all project-related materials and services.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement for new cinema projects, from project initiation through execution and closure.

Procure interiors, cinema seating/recliners, acoustics, civil & finishing materials, electrical items, HVAC, plumbing, fire & safety, and other MEP requirements.

Coordinate closely with Projects, Design, MEP, Finance, and Operations teams to understand project requirements and procurement timelines.

Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors, contractors, manufacturers, and suppliers across project categories.

Float RFQs, conduct commercial evaluations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and finalize suppliers in line with approved budgets.

Ensure cost optimization, quality, delivery timelines, and adherence to project specifications.

Manage purchase orders, contracts, vendor documentation, delivery schedules, and commercial closure.

Track procurement status against project timelines and proactively resolve supply/vendor-related challenges.





Develop alternate sources and maintain a strong vendor network for project and CAPEX requirements.

Support project teams in budgeting, cost estimation, value engineering, and procurement planning.

Ensure compliance with procurement processes, approvals, and documentation.

Desired Profile

812 years of experience in Projects Procurement / CAPEX Procurement.

Experience in multiplex, retail, hospitality, commercial fit-outs, real estate, architecture/design consulting, or similar project-driven environments.

Strong exposure to interiors, MEP, electrical, HVAC, acoustics, civil/finishing, furniture, and specialized project equipment.

Candidates who have handled procurement for multiple projects/sites simultaneously will be preferred.

Strong vendor management, negotiation, commercial evaluation, and cost-control skills.

Good understanding of project drawings, BOQs, specifications, and execution timelines.

Strong coordination and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Candidate Background

Candidates from organizations handling large-scale retail chains, multiplexes, hospitality projects, commercial fit-outs, architecture/PMC firms, or other multi-location projects would be preferred.

Key Requirement: The candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end project procurement, rather than only routine/operational procurement.
