Project Operational Manager_From Interior

Location: Miyapur

1. Project Handover

* Take complete handover from the design team.
- Understand drawings, BOQ, specifications, material selections and timelines.
- Identify gaps or execution issues before work starts.

1. Daily Site Operations

* Plan and monitor day-to-day site activities.
- Coordinate site engineers, supervisors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, fabricators and other agencies.
- Ensure work progresses according to the approved schedule and drawings.
- Track manpower and productivity.
- Negotiate/coordinate delivery schedules and site requirements.
- Ensure materials and manpower reach site on time.
- Monitor quality, productivity and commitments.

1. Client Communication

* Act as the primary operational contact for the client after design handover.
- Provide daily/regular progress updates.
- Communicate site issues, delays, decisions required and upcoming activities.
- Maintain skilled client relationships and manage expectations.

1. Project Planning & Tracking

* Prepare project execution schedules.
- Track project milestones and identify delays early.
- Coordinate dependencies between different trades.
- Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines.





1. Quality Control

* Ensure execution matches approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections.
- Identify defects and ensure rectification.
- Coordinate snagging and final handover.

1. Material Management

* Prepare/coordinate material requirements.
- Follow up on procurement and deliveries.
- Ensure materials are available before the relevant activity starts.
- Minimize wastage and material shortages.

1. Cost & Commercial Coordination

* Monitor execution against BOQ.
- Identify additional works/change requests.
- Coordinate with management before executing variations.
- Avoid unauthorized additional costs.

1. Documentation & Reporting

* Daily site progress reports.
- Project trackers.
- Vendor performance tracking.
- Material requirement/status reports.
- Snag lists and closure reports.
- Client update reports.

1. Team Management

* Manage site engineers and supervisors.
- Allocate responsibilities.
- Review daily performance.
- Escalate manpower/performance issues to management.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
