Job Purpose/ Summary Incumbent will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure smooth operations, timely procurement, technical evaluation, and effective communication with vendors and stakeholders.

Project Assistance: Work closely with the Project Manager to support overall project execution and operational activities.

RFQ Preparation: Prepare comprehensive RFQs (Requests for Quotations. for extrusion machines, downstream equipment, and ancillary systems as per project requirements.

Quotation Management: Obtain and manage quotations from multiple suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and adherence to specifications.





Technical Evaluation: Conduct technical comparisons of machines and systems, ensuring alignment with project specifications and operational goals.

Vendor Identification: Identify and recommend reliable vendors for the supply of various machines and systems.

Machine Layout Coordination: Assist the project team in preparing machine layouts by coordinating technical requirements and spatial considerations. Inspection & Trials: Conduct inspections and trials of machines at vendor locations. Prepare detailed inspection reports highlighting findings and recommendations. Installation & Commissioning: Assist the plant team in the installation and commissioning of machines, ensuring proper integration and functionality.

Project Site Visits: Visit project sites to review and report on progress and development, addressing any operational challenges.

Document Management: Maintain and update project-related drawings and documentation, ensuring accurate records are available for reference.





Responsibility Assist the Project Manager in executing project tasks ensuring all operations are carried out smoothly and efficientlybr Oversee the procurement process including the preparation of RFQs and the review of supplier quotations to ensure timely and accurate acquisition of machines and systemsbr Conduct technical evaluations and coordinate with vendors to ensure all project requirements are met to the highest standardsbr Support the preparation of machine layouts conduct inspections and trials and assist in the installation and commissioning of equipmentbr Maintain comprehensive project documentation and drawings ensuring all records are uptodate and accessiblebr Conduct site visits to monitor project progress identify potential challenges and implement solutions to keep the project on trackbr Foster effective communication with stakeholders ensuring all parties are informed and aligned with project objectivesbr Utilize strong business and commercial acumen to drive project success leveraging entrepreneurial skills and a global mindset to navigate complex project environments
