Role Description The Project Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing construction projects from planning through completion. On a day-to-day basis, the Project Manager coordinates project schedules, resources, and budgets, and leads site meetings with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. The role involves monitoring work progress, conducting inspections to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards, and resolving issues that may affect timelines or costs.

The Project

Manager manages documentation, prepares status reports,



and communicates regularly with clients and stakeholders about project milestones and risks. The position also requires close collaboration with logistics and expediting functions to ensure materials, equipment, and services are available on time for uninterrupted site operations.

Qualifications

- Strong project management skills, including Project Management, planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction activities.
- Experience with expediting processes, such as Expeditor and Expediting, to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Knowledge of Inspection practices for quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to building standards.
- Competence in Logistics Management, including managing supply chains, vendor coordination, and site material flows.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience managing construction projects, preferably in urban or commercial environments.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams on-site.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to work under time and budget constraints.
- Familiarity with project management software and basic MS Office tools for reporting and documentation.
