NThe Project Manager will be the single point of contact (POC) for various academic program at the university campus. This role is responsible for on-ground program execution, student engagement, and coordination between the university, faculty, and central delivery teams to ensure a seamless learning experience. The role demands strong ownership, operational rigor, and student-first thinking.

NKey Responsibilities

n1. Campus Operations & Program Execution

N

- Act as the on-campus POC for various degree programs.
N
- Ensure smooth executionof classes, labs, workshops, and industry sessions
N
- Coordinate classroom readiness (digital boards, cameras, mics, internet) for live-streamed sessions
N
- Monitor daily schedules, session attendance, and session start/end hygiene
N

n2. Student Engagement & Support

N

n
- Drive student onboarding including orientation, bridge courses, and LMS access
N
- Serve as the first lineof support for student queries related to academics, schedules, and program delivery
N
- Track student participation, engagement, and early risk indicators (drop-offs, low attendance)
N
- Proactively communicateimportant updates, timelines, and action items to students
N

n3. Faculty & Stakeholder Coordination

N

n
- Coordinate with on-campus faculty, visiting industry experts, and remote instructors
N
- Support faculty with hybrid tools, session logistics, and classroom setup
N
- Liaise with the centralacademic, employability, and operations teams
N
- Escalate issues with transparent context and proposed solutions
N

n4. Academic & Compliance Hygiene

- Ensure adherence to defined SOPs, academic calendars,



and delivery standards
N
- Maintain records related to sessions, attendance, assessments, and audits
N
- Support internal and external audits as required by the program
N

n5. Employability &Experiential; Learning Support

N

n
- Support executionof employability modules, certifications, internships, OJT/WLP initiatives
N
- Coordinate logistics for workshops, sector briefings, and career sessions
N
- Act as a bridge betweenstudents and placement/employability teams
N

n6. Reporting & Continuous Improvement

- Share regular reports on program health: attendance, engagement, issues, and resolutions
N
- Collect structured feedback from students and faculty
N
- Recommend process improvements to enhance student experience and delivery efficiency
N

- 2-5 years of experiencein academic operations, student engagement, or campus management

- Prior experience with ed-tech programs is a strong advantage
