Job Title: Project Manager – School Infrastructure & Civil Engineering

Reports To: Director

Job Summary The Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and successful completion of civil engineering and infrastructure projects across the school network. This role manages recent campus constructions, major renovations, and structural expansions, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in strict compliance with educational building codes.Core Responsibilities

- Project Planning & Execution: Define civil project scopes, develop detailed construction timelines, and oversee day-to-day site operations from groundbreaking to handover.
- Contractor & Vendor Management: Onboard and manage architects, civil contractors, structural engineers, and material suppliers; negotiate contracts and track deliverables.
- Budget & Cost Control: Monitor construction expenditures against allocated funds, verify contractor bills,



approve measurement sheets, and minimize cost overruns.
- Quality Assurance & Safety: Enforce rigorous quality standards for building materials and workmanship; ensure all sites strictly follow safety protocols suited for school environments.
- Statutory Compliance: Coordinate with local authorities to secure necessary building permits, structural stability certificates, and environmental clearances.

Key Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Experience: 5 years of site execution and management experience, with a proven track record in building institutional spaces, schools, or commercial structures.
