Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Project Manager with 4+ years of experience to lead and deliver projects across multiple domains. The ideal candidate should have robust organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing timelines, resources, teams, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end project lifecycles across web, mobile, or software development
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and marketing
- Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and scope
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Monitor progress using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana and prepare regular status reports
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams




- Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and client presentations
- Ensure quality standards and client satisfaction at every stage

Required Skills:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT, digital, or software development
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field

Nice to Have:

- Certification in PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile methodologies
- Experience working with international clients or remote teams
- Understanding of UI/UX processes and software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, Figma, and GitHub
