Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end solar/EPC projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, coordination, resource management, cost control, quality, safety, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, monitor, and close solar/EPC projects within defined time, cost, quality, and safety parameters.

Manage complete project execution from project initiation to commissioning and handover.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.

Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, and execution plans.

Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and other project resources effectively.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion as per agreed schedules.

Review project costs, budgets, billing, and overall project profitability.

Identify project risks, delays, and technical/execution issues and take timely corrective action.

Ensure compliance with company standards, project specifications, quality requirements, and safety procedures.





Lead and guide site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and project teams.

Conduct regular project review meetings and provide progress reports to management.

Coordinate with procurement and commercial teams to ensure timely availability of materials and services.

Handle client communications, inspections, approvals, and project documentation.

Ensure proper testing, commissioning, snag closure, and final project handover.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or relevant engineering discipline.

10–12 years of overall project management experience in EPC/construction/renewable energy projects.

Solar industry experience is preferred.

Solid knowledge of project planning, execution, budgeting, and resource management.

Strong leadership, team-handling, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under project deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project/Project Planning tools, and project reporting.

Willingness to travel PAN India as per project requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

10–12 years of experience with proven project management exposure in Solar/EPC projects will be preferred, particularly candidates who have independently handled large-scale projects from planning through commissioning and handover.
