Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage and supervise a water supply infrastructure project in Challakere. The candidate will be responsible for overall project execution, site supervision, contractor management, client coordination, quality, progress monitoring, measurements, and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall execution of the water supply project from site level to completion.
- Supervise water supply pipeline, OHT, chambers, and allied civil works.
- Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly project activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, supervisors, and client representatives.
- Monitor project progress against the approved schedule.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQ, and work requirements.
- Check measurements and coordinate preparation of MBs, RA bills, and work records.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and site requirements.
- Ensure quality standards and project specifications are followed.
- Identify site issues and coordinate timely solutions.




- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.
- Coordinate with government/client departments and consultants when required.
- Ensure project activities are completed within the planned time and budget.
- Maintain proper project documentation and records.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed at the project site.

Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 5–10 years of experience in water supply, pipeline, infrastructure, or civil construction projects.
- Robust experience in site execution and project coordination.
- Knowledge of measurements, BOQ, billing, and project documentation.
- Ability to read and interpret civil and pipeline drawings.
- Good leadership, communication, and contractor-management skills.
- Willingness to work at Challakere project location.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Jal Jeevan Mission, AMRUT, water supply schemes, pipeline projects, OHT construction, or government infrastructure projects will be preferred.

Job Location: Challakere, Karnataka

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
