Role Overview : We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will initially support project management operations driven by our headquarters in Germany while coordinating local activities across India. Following a structured onboarding process, you will progressively assume direct responsibility for managing end-to-end industrial projects in India and later across broader Asian markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Support Project Managers in Germany during the execution of ongoing international projects.

- Serve as the central local interface between German headquarters, Indian operations, customers, suppliers, and internal departments.

- Coordinate cross-functional activities spanning engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality assurance, logistics, and documentation.

- Monitor and control project budgets, milestone delivery schedules, quality benchmarks, and scope of supply.

- Maintain tracking artifacts including project schedules, risk registers, action trackers, and open-item lists.

- Organize project alignment meetings and deliver regular status reports to German stakeholders.

- Identify and escalate project deviations or bottlenecks early, ensuring prompt follow-up on corrective actions.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Education:



Bachelors or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.

- Experience: 2+ years of project management experience, preferably within the mechanical, plant engineering, or industrial equipment sectors.

- Technical & Commercial Acumen: Robust technical comprehension paired with sound commercial awareness.

- Global Exposure: Proven experience collaborating with international clients and cross-border teams.

- Software Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

- Soft Skills: Highly structured, independent work ethic, solid intercultural competence, and strong problem-solving skills.

- Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel across India and undertake occasional international travel (including Germany) to customer, supplier, and plant sites.
