Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Chennai.

The Project

Manager will oversee interior projects from initial client consultation through design coordination, production, installation, and handover, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Daily responsibilities include planning and tracking project schedules, coordinating with designers, vendors, and site teams, and managing procurement, expediting, and logistics related to materials and installations. The role involves conducting regular site inspections,



resolving on-ground issues, monitoring execution quality, and ensuring adherence to safety and compliance requirements.

The Project

Manager will also maintain clear communication with clients, provide progress updates, manage expectations, and support a smooth, predictable interior journey.

Qualifications

- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder management.
- Experience as an Expeditor and in Expediting activities to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Knowledge of Inspection processes, with the ability to assess site work, quality, and compliance.
- Logistics Management skills to handle material movement, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in interior fit-out, construction, or residential project delivery is an advantage.
- Proficiency in project tracking tools and basic MS Office; familiarity with interior design workflows is beneficial.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to work on-site, lead cross-functional teams, and adapt to a quick-paced project environment.
