About The Role We are looking for an experienced Project Manager - Landscape Architecture to lead end-to-end landscape architecture projects from concept through execution.

The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in landscape design, project management, BIM integration, sustainability, multidisciplinary coordination, and client management .

Key Responsibilities

- Lead planning, design, and delivery of landscape architecture projects across residential, hospitality, public realm, and urban infrastructure.
- Manage BIM models and ensure alignment with project objectives and digital delivery standards.
- Integrate sustainable design principles and environmental considerations into projects.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, civil consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage BIM documentation, drawing standards, LOD requirements, and digital project delivery.
- Oversee clash detection, model validation, and issue resolution using Navisworks and BIM platforms.
- Prepare and review construction drawings, technical documentation, BOQs, and specifications.
- Conduct project reviews, QA/QC checks, and technical workshops.
- Manage and mentor junior team members.
- Lead client presentations, progress meetings, and technical discussions.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and client expectations.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies including AI-driven workflows,



parametric design, and environmental analysis tools.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related field is mandatory.
- Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or Urban Design is preferred.
- 8+ years of professional experience in Landscape Architecture.
- 3-5 years of experience in a project leadership/management role.
- Strong experience in multidisciplinary project coordination and client management.
