- Experience in ERP implementation, system integration, business process requirements, testing, rollout and user adoption.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors and subcontractors.
- Strong understanding of SLA, KPI, incident, operations and project management.
- Experience in the Jewellery domain, particularly Jewellery ERP implementation, retail operations, inventory, POS, manufacturing or related business applications, will be highly preferred.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification will be an advantage.
- Experience in UAE/GCC projects will be an advantage.
- Robust communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving and leadership skills.
