Job Summary

Kapil Power & Infra (P) Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Construction to oversee construction projects, site execution, project coordination, quality, timelines, resources and team management.

The ideal candidate should have 10 years of relevant construction/project management experience and be capable of independently managing project/site operations.

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end construction activities at assigned project sites.
- Plan and monitor project execution and ensure timely completion.
- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, contractors and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and internal departments.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment and other project resources.
- Ensure construction work follows approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
- Track project progress and identify potential delays or execution issues.
- Resolve site-level technical and operational challenges.
- Prepare and maintain project reports,



records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements and company policies.
- Provide regular project updates to management.
- Ensure proper site management, supervision and team coordination.
- Work according to project requirements, including extended working hours or Sundays when necessary.

Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction/project management.
- Strong experience in site execution and construction management.
- Good knowledge of construction processes and project coordination.
- Solid leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project activities and priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Candidates with experience in infrastructure, industrial, solar or similar construction projects are preferred.

Compensation

Salary will be discussed and finalized based on the candidate's experience, skills and interview performance.
