Project Manager- Interior Installation

Job Overview:-

We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager Interior Installation to oversee the end-to-end execution of interior fit-out and modular installation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within quality standards, and with high customer satisfaction while effectively managing site teams, vendors, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Planning

- Manage end-to-end execution of interior installation and modular furniture projects.
- Develop project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and installation teams for seamless execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess site readiness and address execution challenges.
- Ensure all installations are executed as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications.

Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and escalations professionally.




- Provide regular project status updates to customers and management.

Resource & Team Management
- Plan and allocate manpower, tools, and resources effectively across projects.
- Monitor productivity and performance of installation teams.
- Ensure efficient utilization of available resources to achieve project targets.

Quality & Compliance
- Monitor installation quality and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Conduct quality checks and snag inspections throughout project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and site regulations.
- Drive timely closure of snags and punch-list items.

Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and closure records.
- Update CRM, IMS, or project management systems regularly.
- Track project milestones and prepare performance reports.
- Conduct final inspections and obtain customer sign-off upon project completion.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or related disciplines.
- Strong understanding of interior fit-outs, modular furniture installations, and project execution processes.
