You will work closely with the lead project manager, clients and architect/building designer from the design stage through to project completion. In this position you will act as interior designer and project manager, managing design related categories including flooring, tile, paint, cabinets, plumbing and electrical fixtures.
On some projects you will be the lead responsible for all phases from initial client meetings, as-built drawings, permitting, and materials selections, with others you will share these responsibilities with an architect or building designer.
- Familiarity and interest in sustainable design and materials.
- Demonstrate fluency with residential and small-scale commercial building materials, details and construction techniques.
- Competent in drafting (Sketch-up, Autocad, etc.)
- Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- High level of organization and familiarity with typical office communication tools.
- Easily able to cultivate,
build and nurture lasting client relationships.
- Works flexibly and collaboratively with building designers and architects.
- Experience in researching, selecting and specifying materials and finishes.
- Solid understanding of budgets, construction schedules and fees.
- Able to create presentation books and other sales materials.
Qualifications/experience
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design/Architecture or Architecture from an accredited university is preferred.
- 5 years or more experience working in the field.
Details The position is full time, generally Monday - Sat from 10:00AM-6:30PM. Some schedule flexibility is possible. Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
