About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead large-volume AI data, labeling, and data capture programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong Tech BPO / ITES / KPO background, deep experience managing high-volume, multi-location operations, and a decent understanding of AI concepts (data preparation, annotation, quality). This role is based in Bengaluru, with regular travel to IVT locations.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of high-volume projects in Tech BPO / ITES / KPO, including labeling, data capture, and AI data operations

Manage large, multi-location teams ensuring adherence to SLAs, TAT, quality, and productivity

Handle complex escalations, SLA breaches, and client expectations with strong business understanding and problem-solving

Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into operational plans and drive execution

Drive continuous improvement in quality, accuracy, and throughput using data and process enhancements





Collaborate with technology teams to implement AI/automation-led improvements in workflows

Build and mentor team leads and managers; drive performance and capability building

Travel frequently to IVT locations for ramp-up, audits, client visits, and operational reviews

Must-Have Qualifications

8–14 years in Tech BPO / ITES / KPO, with 4–5+ years as Project/Program Manager

Proven experience handling large-volume projects in data labeling, data capture, annotation, or AI data operations

Strong track record in SLA & TAT management and escalation handling at senior stakeholder level

Positive understanding of AI/ML basics and how data is used in training/evaluating models

Demonstrated ability to manage multi-location teams and drive standardization

Willingness to travel frequently to IVT locations as per business needs

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
