KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and manage end-to-end execution of multiple HVAC and MEP projects simultaneously - from mobilisation through testing, commissioning and final handover

- Develop and own project plans, schedules, resource plans and milestone trackers for all active projects

- Lead and manage a team of site engineers, site coordinators and supervisors set expectations, review performance and drive accountability

- Coordinate with design, estimation and procurement teams to ensure drawings, approvals, materials and resources reach site on time

- Interface directly with clients, PMCs, consultants and government authorities as the senior point of contact for all project matters

- Track project budgets, control costs, manage variations and change orders, and ensure profitability targets are met

- Identify and resolve project risks, design conflicts and site challenges proactively before they become delays

- Ensure all projects comply with HSE standards, quality norms and client specifications

- Prepare and present project status reports, MIS and dashboard updates for MD review

- Drive project handover - as-built documentation, O&M; manuals, snag clearance, client sign-off and AMC transition

- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients, OEM partners and sub-contractors

WHAT YOU BRING

- Minimum 10 years of HVAC and MEP project execution experience - with at least 5 years in a Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer role

- Proven track record of independently delivering large-scale HVAC projects - hospitals, IT parks,



commercial buildings or government institutions

- Deep technical knowledge of VRF/VRV systems, chilled water plants, AHUs, FCUs, DX systems, ducting, piping and BMS integration

- Strong project planning skills - MS Project, Primavera or equivalent scheduling tools

- Ability to read, review and comment on HVAC and MEP drawings, BOQs and technical specifications

- Proven experience managing multi-discipline site teams and sub-contractors across large project sites

- Strong commercial awareness - budget tracking, variation management, cost control and billing milestone management

- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills — English and Telugu

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering - MBA or PMP certification is an advantage

- Two-wheeler or four-wheeler with valid driving licence

GOOD TO HAVE

- Experience managing hospital, data centre or mission-critical HVAC projects

- Familiarity with BMS and building automation integration

- ISO 9001 or quality management system exposure

- Prior experience working with premium OEM brands - Mitsubishi Electric, LG, Hisense, Carrier

- PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification
