Role & Responsibilities :

- Service Delivery: Manage endtoend SAP AMS engagements, ensuring SLA/KPI compliance (response times, resolution, backlog).
- Incident & Change Management: Govern incident, problem, service request, and change processes using ITIL frameworks.
- Finance Process Support: Oversee monthend/yearend close, reconciliations, and financerelated SAP operations.
- Enhancements: Handle intake, estimation, and delivery of minor enhancements/change requests.
- Governance & Reporting: Produce SLA dashboards, rootcause analyses, and continuous improvement plans.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as trusted advisor for finance/controlling stakeholders; manage escalations and communication cadence.
- Team Leadership: Lead SAP functional/technical consultants across shifts and geographies.
- Risk & Improvement: Identify risks, ensure business continuity,



and drive automation/knowledgemanagement initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- SAP Experience: 8+ years of solid SAP background; must have managed at least one SAP module (preferably FI).
- Project Management: Proven experience as Project Manager in large organizational setups.
- AMS Background: Prior experience in Application Management Services (steadystate support, SLA delivery).
- Finance Education: B.Com or equivalent Finance/Accounts degree; professional finance qualifications preferred.
- Large Enterprise Exposure: Experience working in complex, multiteam environments.
- Joining Timeline: Immediate joiners or candidates available within 1-2 months.
