About The Role The Strategic Project Manager (Finance) role is a remote position designed for a seasoned professional with a passion for financial strategy and project execution. This position involves leading high-impact financial initiatives that are critical to the organization’s growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating complex financial data into actionable insights, ensuring strategic alignment across departments.

You will oversee cross-functional projects, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and process optimization, working closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance and efficiency. Qualifications

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial project management, with a proven track record of leading strategic initiatives.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems.




- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial data effectively.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, or other relevant accounting standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and precision.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are preferred.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage strategic finance projects from initiation through completion, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure project success and alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop financial strategies that support long-term business objectives and growth initiatives.
- Develop sophisticated financial models to evaluate project feasibility, ROI, and risk assessment, providing data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Oversee financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Coordinate with various finance teams to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and implement best practices across financial functions.




- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the organization remains compliant and competitive in financial practices.
- Facilitate communication between finance and other departments to promote transparency and alignment on financial goals and strategies.
- Prepare and present financial reports and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
