Key Responsibilities

- Overall planning, execution and management of civil construction activities at site.
- Lead the complete civil project team and coordinate with BHEL, client representatives, consultants and subcontractors.
- Manage construction activities for Power House, TG Foundation & Deck, Boiler, ESP, Control Room, Transformer Yard, Switchyard and other industrial structures.
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules, milestones and targets.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, machinery, subcontractors and construction resources.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQ and technical requirements.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, method statements, quality standards and project specifications.
- Monitor RCC, structural, architectural, foundation and industrial construction activities.
- Coordinate with Planning, QA/QC, Safety, Billing and Procurement teams.
- Review DPR/MPR and project progress reports.
- Manage subcontractors and resolve site execution issues.
- Coordinate inspections, approvals and technical matters with BHEL/client representatives.
- Ensure compliance with project quality, safety and statutory requirements.
- Monitor project costs, productivity and resource utilization.




- Identify delays and implement corrective measures to achieve project milestones.

Candidate Profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in large-scale industrial construction.
- Strong experience in Thermal Power Plant / Power Plant / EPC projects preferred.
- Experience with BHEL / NTPC / GSECL / L&T; / major EPC or power-sector projects will be an advantage.
- Candidates should have solid exposure to Power House, TG Foundation & Deck, Boiler/ESP foundations, Transformer Yard, Switchyard and industrial structures.
- Excellent knowledge of civil construction methods, planning, execution and subcontractor management.
- Strong leadership and site-management capabilities.
- Must be willing to work at Ukai, Gujarat.
