nWe are looking for a Project Manager to join our Product & Technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end understanding, monitoring, and management of all APIs integrated and offered by BeFiSc covering API operations, vendor alignment, incident management, and sales-to-tech coordination and will work closely with relevant internal and external stakeholders to achieve business and organizational objectives.

nThe candidate should have relevant experience in API/product management within a technology or fintech environment, strong knowledge of API lifecycle management, vendor coordination, and incident/support management, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and growing technology environment.

nRequired Skills

nAPI lifecycle management request-response flows, authentication protocols, rate limits, and error handling

nVendor management API documentation, multi-vendor comparison, pricing, and contractual/SLA compliance

nIncident and support ticket management with severity-based SLA handling

nAPI monitoring and quality assurance (uptime, latency, output validation)

nAPI monitoring/dashboarding tools and documentation platforms

nRequired Qualifications & Experience

nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred)

n3–6 years of relevant experience.

nRelevant experience in API/product management, preferably in a KYC/KYB, fintech,



or SaaS environment.

nStrong knowledge of API integrations, vendor management, and incident/support processes.

nGood analytical and problem-solving abilities.

nStrong verbal and written communication skills.

nAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively.

nAbility to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities effectively.

nPreferred / Good to Have

nExperience in FinTech / BFSI / Technology / Digital Commerce or a related industry.

nExperience working in a growing technology organization.

nKnowledge of relevant industry processes, tools, or technologies.
