We are looking for a

Technical Project Manager with 3+ years of experience in managing software development projects while having a robust understanding of technical concepts. The ideal candidate should be capable of coordinating with clients, developers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage projects from requirement gathering to planning, development, testing, and final delivery.

- Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, DevOps, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

- Understand technical requirements and translate business requirements into actionable tasks.

- Create project plans, timelines, milestones, and track deliverables.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and take corrective actions.

- Conduct regular project meetings, stand-ups, and status updates.

- Manage priorities, resources, dependencies, and project scope.

- Communicate effectively with clients and provide regular project updates.

- Review technical discussions and ensure the team is aligned with project requirements.

- Identify and resolve project-level issues and blockers.

- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.

- Maintain project documentation, reports, trackers, and communication records.

Technical Knowledge Required

- Robust understanding of

Web & Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

.





- Working knowledge of technologies such as

MERN, WordPress, React, Node.js, Python, or similar technologies

.

- Basic understanding of

APIs, databases, Git, cloud/hosting, deployment, and server environments

.

- Familiarity with

Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar.

- Ability to understand technical challenges and communicate effectively with development teams.

- Understanding of QA, testing processes, debugging, and release cycles.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of experience as a

Project Manager / Technical Project Manager in a software development company.

- Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong leadership and team-handling skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

- Good documentation and reporting skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

- Experience handling multiple development teams/projects

- Experience working with international clients.

- Technical background or previous experience in software development/QA will be an added advantage.

- Experience with

Agile/Scrum, Jira, Git, APIs, and cloud/server environments
