Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Management & Coordination qualified from the Real Estate industry to support project development, coordination, monitoring and strategic planning across commercial and residential projects.

The role will involve coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, conducting site visits, preparing technical documentation, monitoring project timelines and costs, supporting tendering and contract finalization, and providing technical inputs for project strategies and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and coordinate ongoing residential and commercial real estate projects .
- Conduct site visits and track project progress against approved timelines, budgets and milestones .
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, vendors and other external stakeholders.
- Support identification of project issues, root-cause analysis, corrective actions and resolution .
- Prepare technical reports, project MIS, presentations and documentation, including relevant data analysis .
- Assist in tendering, technical evaluation, vendor assessment and contract finalization .
- Support techno-commercial evaluations, procurement coordination and process improvement initiatives.




- Provide technical assistance and inputs for project development, planning and strategic decision-making .
- Support master planning, architectural coordination and regulatory/project-related requirements.
- Assist the leadership team in project analysis, monitoring and performance reviews .
- Contribute to development and implementation of project management strategies, processes and controls.

Desired Experience & Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering .
- 6–15 years of relevant experience , preferably with a real estate developer, real estate group or established project management environment.
- Real Estate industry experience is mandatory .
- Experience across residential and/or commercial real estate projects .
- Exposure to project development, PMC, procurement, tendering, contracts, project controls or techno-commercial functions will be preferred.
- Strong proficiency in MIS, reporting, data analysis and presentations .
- Candidates with experience in Project Management Office (PMO), Project Development, Strategic Planning or Project Monitoring will be relevant.
