Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Management Intern who is organized, proactive, and eager to learn how technology projects are planned, executed, and delivered. You will work closely with project, product, technology, and business teams to ensure projects move smoothly and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating projects across teams.
- Maintain project trackers, timelines, task lists, and documentation.
- Follow up with team members on pending tasks and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and highlight delays or dependencies.
- Participate in project meetings and maintain meeting notes/action items.
- Coordinate between Product, Tech, Legal, and Business teams.
- Support preparation of project reports, presentations, and status updates.
- Help identify project risks, blockers, and areas requiring attention.




- Learn and contribute to improving project management processes.

What We're Looking For
- Students or recent graduates from BBA, BMS, MBA, Engineering, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proactive attitude with a strong ownership mindset.
- Valuable working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- Comfortable working with multiple teams and managing follow-ups.
- Interest in SaaS, AI, technology, and product development is a plus.
